Mitch Magness
Sales Agent
Mitch Magness was born and raised in Harrison, where he learned the value of hard work from his father, J.W. “Tusome” Magness. After earning his degree from the University of Arkansas, Mitch joined the family business, which operated across five counties surrounding Harrison. There, he helped develop a strong, customer-focused approach that would define much of his career.
With over 25 years of experience in the family business, Mitch later transitioned to roles in finance and accounting with three of Harrison’s largest employers, serving as a senior team member in each organization.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mitch has dedicated himself to serving the Harrison community. He has been a committed volunteer for decades—spending 30 years with Consolidated Youth of Harrison, 17 years on the Parks and Recreation Commission, and many years as a member of the Goblin Booster Club. His passion for community betterment continues through his service on the Harrison School Board, where he is in his 11th year, and the Harrison City Council, now in his 10th year, where he has chaired the Finance Committee.
At the heart of Mitch’s life is his family. He and his wife, Teresa, have been married for 44 years and have raised three children who have blessed them with nine grandchildren. Whether on the lake, at the river, or simply spending time together, Mitch treasures every moment with his family and considers those times the true highlight of his life.
Now, as he enters the real estate profession, Mitch brings with him the same integrity, dedication, and customer-first mindset that have shaped his career and community involvement. He is deeply committed to helping future clients navigate real estate transactions with confidence, care, and a personal touch—ensuring their goals are met and their experience is a positive one from start to finish.
