I have lived in the Ozark Mountains most of my life and have been in the Real Estate business in Harrison for over 40 years. This gives me a broad knowledge of the area properties and the people who own them. This knowledge will help you whether you are buying or selling Real Estate in our area. Tammie and I have raised our 2 sons here, so we can attest first hand to what a wonderful place Harrison is to raise a family. We have highly rated schools, an excellent hospital and our scenery is second to none. I love the outdoors and enjoy showing off our area lakes, the Buffalo River National Park and the Ozark National Forest. These areas provide great hunting, fishing, canoeing & water skiing. I hope we can help you find your dream property!

Hello! I’m Nadra Bennett, an Executive Broker with United Country Property Connections. As an Arkansas native, I’ve had the pleasure of traveling extensively, but there’s nothing quite like coming home to the beautiful Ozarks. The seasons here are truly spectacular, and my wonderful husband and I have chosen to make our forever home in these stunning mountains.
In addition to my real estate career, I am a passionate charcoal artist. I draw scenes and wildlife from our local area, and my artwork has been featured in cookbooks, local art galleries, and postcards.
With 15 years of experience, I thrive on helping people find their perfect homes, whether they’re looking for commercial properties, land, or residential real estate. Seeing the smiles on the faces of my buyers and sellers makes my job both easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for assistance with your real estate needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Hello, I'm Ivan Delgado, and I’d like to share a bit about myself. My career in real estate has been the most rewarding experience of my life. I spent most of my years on the West Coast, living in Los Angeles, California from 1988 to 2001, and in Las Vegas, Nevada from 2001 to 2022. It was in Las Vegas that I earned my first real estate license in 2019. Now, in 2024, I’m excited to be licensed to sell real estate in Arkansas.
I’ve been fortunate enough to personally buy and sell several homes, for myself, and it’s been a true privilege to help many others with their real estate needs. Whether it’s working with first-time homebuyers, assisting clients upgrading to larger homes, or helping those looking to downsize, I’ve navigated a variety of client situations. I’ve also worked with landowners who decided to sell after their property values increased beyond expectations.
In addition to my professional experience, I’m bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to serve a broader range of clients with clear and effective communication throughout the real estate process.
Before real estate, I spent 16 years as an operations manager for a company with over 10,000 employees and later worked as a professional driver for the 5th largest transportation company in the U.S. However, nothing compares to the satisfaction I find in real estate—helping clients find their first home or their dream home is a truly fulfilling experience.
I love what I do, and I’m passionate about helping people through the exciting journey of buying or selling their home. Whether you're a first-time buyer or looking for your next home, I’d be honored to assist you.
